On September 11th, the Governor of Zhejiang Province, Che Jun, and his party leaders visited Microvast and toured the research and development areas of production and operations.
Governor Che Jun, accompanied by Microvast CEO Wu Yang, visited the second phase project that will be put into use. During a visit to the exhibition hall, Microvast COO Xiao Kun introduced Microvast’s three core technologies, which consist of a “fast charge, long life, high safety” battery concept. Microvast is the world’s leading electric vehicle power system solution provider, based on the establishment of the R&D center and production base in Huzhou in Zhejiang Province; a comprehensive domestic new energy vehicle market; and advanced battery power system solutions. Microvast has also achieved excellent results in the international market.
Governor Che Jun affirmed that Microvast adheres to “technological innovation, business model innovation” concepts and practices and is a development leader in the industry. He believes that Microvast could seize new opportunities in the energy industry and rapidly develop into a bigger and stronger enterprise. Provincial Government Secretary-General Li Weining, Provincial Deputy Secretary Zhang Wenbiao, Provincial Science and Technology Department Director Zhou Guohui, party secretary Qiu Dongyao Huzhou City, and Huzhou City Mayor Chen Weijun also attended the seminar.
