Sustainable Operations in Europe

At Microvast’s European operations, sustainability is built into the infrastructure, systems, and partnerships that power our business. Our EMEA facility operates on 100% renewable energy, supporting cleaner manufacturing while reducing dependence on traditional energy sources.

Our commitment extends beyond production. Through strategic recycling partnerships, we help ensure batteries are responsibly recovered at end of life, with up to 85% of materials reused or repurposed—reducing waste and supporting a more circular approach to battery manufacturing.

Across our operations, we continuously evaluate how our facilities, supply chain, and business practices can create long-term impact. As part of this effort, our European operations participate in independent assessments that measure environmental performance, operational responsibility, and continuous improvement against globally recognized standards.
