We are seeking an experienced, passionate, dedicated professional for a full-time business development project Manager position. The incumbent will work with North America business operation and global function teams to provide project management for our current and future customers in North America. Key Job Responsibilities: 

  • Lead business project planning sessions 
  • Manage business project progress and modifications as required 
  • Coordinate staff and internal resources, manage diverse teams 
  • Ensure projects meet deadlines 
  • Oversee all incoming and outgoing project documentation 
  • Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders 
  • Secure growth opportunities and initiating new projects 
  • Participate in tender process i.e. design, submission and review 
  • Participate in designing and signing off on contracts 
  • Conduct project review and create detailed reports for executive staff 
  • Optimize and improve processes and the overall approach where necessary 
  • Provide business and/or technical support, both remotely and onsite as needed 
  • Display Li-ion battery knowledge and experience 
  • Travel time 20 to 30% 

Education: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree /BS, preferably an engineering degree. 

Required Skills & Experience: Three to five or more years’ experience, and one or several formal qualifications would be good: 

  • Engineering and technical background 
  • Business Administration 
  • An analytical mind, a keen eye for detail and desire to probe further into data 
  • Negotiation skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships 
  • Commercial and business acumen 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skill in English 
  • Ability to stick to time constraints 
  • Experience in Li-ion battery or related industry
